a) Labor is $25/hr and engineers are expected to work 200 hours/month.
b) Overhead of 10% is for rudimentary medical insurance and pizza.
c) Material costs include commercial software and computer time.
d) Travel is by bus and engineers stay in low cost motels.
e) G&A is for secretarial support.
f) Fee is exclusively for management – no bonuses for engineer staff.​
